Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders
A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled or dispatched. To request cancellation, email info@studio-flo.it with the order number. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

If the expected dispatch date changes materially, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Subscriptions
If Studio Flo offers a subscription product, the customer may cancel future renewals through the customer account, where available, or by emailing info@studio-flo.it. A cancellation request must be received before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an order that has already been billed, processed, or dispatched, except where required by applicable law.

Changes and refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights, consumer guarantees, or any other mandatory rights that apply in the customer's country.
