Shipping Policy

Available destinations
Studio Flo ships only to destinations that are active and available at checkout. If a destination or shipping method is not shown during checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for that destination.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times
Italy: standard shipping is €5.99, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of €200 or more. The estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days.

European Union: standard shipping is €9.99, with free standard shipping on eligible orders of €200 or more. The estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days.

Other international destinations: available shipping methods, including rates starting from €24.95 or carrier-calculated options where available, are displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary according to destination, service, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

The shipping method, final price, and delivery estimate displayed at checkout for the customer's address are authoritative. Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before any customs duties or import charges, unless checkout states otherwise.

Order processing and tracking
Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been handed to the carrier. When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order.

Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs controls, peak periods, weather, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. If a shipment is significantly delayed, contact info@studio-flo.it with your order number.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other local fees may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local authority. Studio Flo cannot control or estimate these charges.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@studio-flo.it as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or dispatched. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, appears lost, or contains the wrong item, contact info@studio-flo.it promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will review the case and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
