What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed for a safe and smooth checkout experience.
What countries do you deliver to?
STUDIO FLO delivers worldwide.
How much are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before finalizing your order. For express and international shipping, additional charges may apply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed immediately if the item is already in stock — in this case, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
If the product is made to order, it will be produced after the purchase, in line with our sustainable production policy. In this case, please allow 3–4 business days before the package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times:
Italy: 48 to 72 business hours
Other countries: approximately 5 business days
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time and stay updated on its delivery status.
Can I request an invoice or tax refund?
If you need an invoice for your order or are eligible for a VAT refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We’ll provide the necessary documentation.
Do you offer free returns?
We do accept returns within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return. However, return shipping costs are at your expense. Refunds will be issued once we receive the item or proof of return. Please note: items must be returned in their original condition — any damage or excessive use may affect the refund.
How can I return an online order?
The return must always be communicated by email to info@studio-flo.it specifying the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Products to be returned
- Photo of the products to be sent for the return (no photo of the packaging/website)
Afterwards, you will receive the information to correctly execute the return.
I have a problem with the shipping of my order
If you encounter an issue with the shipping of your order (e.g., order on hold, undelivered order, order marked as delivered but not actually received, etc.), please contact us at info@studio-flo.it specifying your order number.
