Delivery
At Studio Flo, all our pieces are thoughtfully designed and crafted in Florence, Italy. We offer worldwide shipping with reliable, trackable delivery services.
Processing times
- In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. This will be clearly indicated on each product page.
- Made-to-order pieces are produced especially for you and dispatched within 3–4 business days, in line with our sustainable, small-scale production philosophy.
Estimated delivery times
Italy: 2 to 3 business days
Europe: 3 to 5 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on customs or local delays.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping in EU on all orders over €200.
For orders under this threshold or outside EU, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout depending on your location.
Returns
Return Conditions
Notification: Please inform us of your intent to return by emailing info@studio-flo.it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive safely. Studio Flo cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is processed.
Exceptions
Items that are made to order or customized cannot be returned unless faulty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you.
